For over six decades the Giacobbe Academy has dedicated itself to the proper education in the art of dance. Owned and operated by the Giacobbe family, and staffed with a faculty of professional teachers, the studio is internationally known and recognized for the quality of its instruction and the outstanding dancers it has produced.
It is home of the Delta Ballet Festival, the only resident professional ballet company in the State and the The New Orleans Youth Ballet which offers young dancers 10 years and the older the opportunity to gain valuable experience by further training and performing experience.
